A Tour of Belamor Development
Millbrae Chamber of Commerce members were invited to tour the complex.
On Thursday, members of the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce were given a private tour of the Belamor Development, and MillbraePatch tagged along.
Developers completed the 142-unit condominium building in Dec. 2010. Presently, about half of the apartments are resident occupied, while the remaining are either in escrow or still awaiting sale, according to Belamor management.
The condos range from $479,000 for a one bedroom unit to $849,000 for a three bedroom. And, an undetermined amount of units will also be below market rate.
