On Dec. 13, two new council members will be sworn in, Robert Gottschalk and Wayne Lee, replacing Paul Seto and Mayor Dan Quigg.
Vice Mayor Marge Colapietro will become mayor. The ceremony starts at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 621 Mangolia Ave.
