High Wind Advisory for Bay Area Bridges

High wind advisories are in effect for the Bay Bridge, the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge and the Altamont Pass on Interstate Highway 580, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

The CHP advises motorists to be careful when driving since it is not clear when the wind advisories will be cancelled, CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said.
