Millbrae Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Minor At San Francisco Gym

MILLBRAE, CA — A Millbrae man was convicted by a jury of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at a San Francisco gym, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced Friday.
Jian Feng Li, 52, was found guilty of felony forcible digital penetration, forcible sodomy, assault with intent to commit sodomy, sexual battery, indecent exposure, and lewd conduct, prosecutors said.
According to evidence presented at trial, the assault occurred July 11, 2024, when the victim, visiting the city with family, was attacked in a sauna by Li, a stranger.

The victim escaped to a locker room and called a parent for help, a press release issued Friday noted.
Li faces up to 19 years in state prison and will be required to register as a sex offender for life.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 3, 2025.
