Betty Margaret Kollerer

San Bruno resident Betty Margaret Kollerer died Friday. She was 87.

Koller was a native of Santa Monica. She lived in San Mateo County for 64 years and was a longtime parishioner at Saint Robert’s Catholic Church. 

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Fred Kollerer; children Kathy, Reenie, Tina and Sandy; grandchildren David, Tony, Domenic, Debbie, Jeanine, Colleen and Taylor; and great grandchildren Adeline, Grace, Lincoln and Marcus. A son, Dan, preceded her in death.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29 at Saint Robert’s Catholic Church, Oak Avenue and Crystal Springs Road in San Bruno. Condolences may be sent to Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Drive,Millbrae, CA  94030.

Her family prefers donations to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers. 

John Johnston 

John Johnston died Friday at the age of 76. 

He was born in Glasgow Scotland. 

Johnston is survived by his wife of nine years, Patricia Johnston; daughters Heather Pierce DeLong, Linda H.S. Johnston, Laurie Dunne and their spouses; step-children  Matt Barnes, Clara Abalos, and Lilly Simmons; 12  grandchildren; and his sister Anne of England and brother David of Australia.

Memorial Services will be held at 1 p.m. June 29 at Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Dr. in Millbrae. Memorials may be made to The National Kidney Foundation: 131 Steuart St.,  San Francisco, CA 94105.
