Mill Valley Credit Union Promotes From Within

MILL VALLEY, CA — Redwood Credit Union has promoted a longtime employee to a new management role at its Mill Valley branch.

Erika Lane has been named RCU’s Mill Valley branch experience manager, the company announced in a news release.

Lane joined RCU as a senior teller in 2012 and has since served in multiple roles, including as a member service representative and most recently assistant branch manager.

Lane’s financial services experience goes back her time in college when she served as an intern at Cabrillo Credit Union in San Diego.

Lane currently serves as a Novato Chamber of Commerce volunteer ambassador.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in finance from Chico State.

“Erika’s years of experience and knowledge of this community will offer our members the personal service they’re looking for,” RCU senior vice president of member experience Deirdre Thompson said in a statement.

“She’ll put her all into making sure our members have a positive experience each time they enter their branch.”
