Great Mall is pleased to announce that families can meet Santa, the ultimate holiday tradition, at the Simon Photo Experience at Great Mall this year. Santa arrives on November 21, 2025, and will be available until Christmas Eve.
The Santa Photo Experience will be open beginning November 21 at 12:00 pm through December 24, however, hours of operation vary throughout the season. Reservations are encouraged. Make Santa reservations today at Great Mall or check the Great Mall for a complete list of photo experience hours.
Great Mall shoppers may also meet Santa this season at various events, including:
- Santa Arrival - Families who purchase a photo package will receive a gift of a personal embroidered holiday stocking, while supplies last. Friday, November 21 – Sunday, November 23.
- Caring Santa® – Exclusive event for children with special needs and their families. Gift with purchase, while supplies last. Reservations are required for this private, sensory-friendly experience. Sunday, December 7, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
- Pet Photos – Bring your furry friend to the mall to pose with Santa! Gift with purchase while supplies last, December 6 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
- Milk and Cookies with Santa – A special gift of milk, cookies, surprise toy will be given with each photo package purchase, as supplies last. Friday, December 12 - Sunday, December 14 from 11:00 am – 7:00 am.
