LOOK Dine-In Cinemas Opens In Monrovia This Week
The boutique theater chain will offer discounted tickets and other specials as part of its grand opening in Monrovia.

MONROVIA, CA — LOOK Dine-In Cinemas is set to open its doors to Monrovians this Thursday after taking over the former Studio Movie Grill site last month.
The Dallas-based theater chain will offer $5 movie tickets during its first week of business as part of the grand opening, the company said in a statement. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be 25 percent off during the first four weeks after opening.
LOOK Dine-In Cinemas bought the Monrovia theater in June after Studio Movie Grill declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy the same month. The company also bought several other Studio Movie Grills in Downey, Glendale and Redlands.

“A Quiet Place Part II” will be the first movie to play at the 11-screen theater since the pandemic forced the location to close its doors last year, the company said. Other movies that will play at the theater as part of its grand opening week include “F9: The Fast Saga,” “Black Widow” and “Cruella.”
The theater is located at 410 S. Myrtle Ave. Visit the Look Dine-In Cinemas website for more information about the reopening and movie showtimes.
