Monday Essentials: Monrovia City Council Meets and City Hosts Free Teen Workshop

Here are five things Monrovia residents need to know this week.

1.  Even if you’re not a football fan, it’s important to know that the 2014 VIZIO BCS National Championship is being played Monday in Pasadena. No. 1 ranked Florida State University takes on second-ranked Auburn University.
