Suspected Monrovia Flasher Nabbed

MONROVIA, CA -- A suspected flasher was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly exposing himself to a woman, police said.

The woman reported the incident around 5 p.m. after the suspect exposed himself to her, according to the Monrovia Police Department.

The suspect was sitting on a bus bench in the 300 block of West Huntington Drive when the incident allegedly happened, police said.

Officers arrived and arrested him for indecent exposure.
