According to Steve Goldsworthy, president of the CVFA and former council member of the Crescenta Valley Town Council, people can buy their tickets without having to get out of their cars. Goldsworthy expects this to be very popular for community members that want to buy their tickets on the go.
“There will be a drive thru which is from noon to 4, you just drive in and there’s a tent right there, you don’t even get out of your car,” Goldsworthy told the CV Town Council on Thursday. “Just make sure to buy your tickets before the gate opens. We all know we're going, so might as well by them early for $7.”
Also, according to Goldsworthy, participants can bring outside food and drinks if they wish not to buy from the food trucks. The public is allowed to bring ice chests as long as they do not bring glass bottles to the premises.
Tickets are now on sale at different locations in the Crescenta Valley. To find out these location, visit CVFA's website at www.cvfireworks.com
According to Goldsworthy, this event is a fun place to be at, and the community has responded well to these events, attracting large crowds the past years.
“It’s a great event, very family oriented if you have never been you should go,” Goldwsorthy said.
