Waitress Kicked, Pushed Down in Dine and Dash at Leo's Sports Bar
One man out of a group of four attacked the waitress and all four fled - from a $74 bar tab.
Four men left Leo's All-Star Sports Bar on Honolulu Avenue without paying their bill early Thursday morning and pushed down and kicked a waitress in the process, according to Sgt. Tom Lorenz of the Glendale Police Department.
The incident happened around 12:30 after the waitress spotted the men getting people and starting to leave without paying their $74 bar tab, Lorenz said.
When she went to confront them one of the men kicked her in the shins and pushed her into a railing, giving her a cut on the lip and minor injuries.
The suspected assailent is a male, about 50 years old, around 6 feet, 190 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, according to Lorenz.
