1 Teen Killed, 2 Others Injured In Riverside Party Stabbing
Officers began life-saving measures on one of the teens, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
RIVERSIDE, CA — One teenager was killed and two others were injured when violence broke out during a party in Riverside Sunday.
Officers responded to a call regarding a loud party in the 3400 block of Gay Way around 12:20 a.m. Sunday, according to a Riverside Police Department dispatcher. While officers were shutting down the party they were informed that two male teens were stabbed.
Officers began life-saving measures on one of the teens, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The second teenager was taken to a hospital with what was described as a non-life-threatening wound.

About 25 minutes later, officers were notified that a third teen was being treated by paramedics in a nearby home for a stab wound. That teen was taken to a hospital, and he was detained by officers after they determined that he might also have been involved in the stabbing, police said.
No official arrests have been made and the stabbing remained under investigation, the department said.
