"We never set out to be an electric brewery," Foust said at the time. "When I got into this, I was a home brewer. I did it in my garage. I started with propane and then natural gas. I converted my home brew system to electric so I could perfect my recipes."

Years were spent perfecting recipes and a solid business model. According to Kyle Fried, all the heavy lifting is done.

"Whether you're scaling an existing portfolio or launching your next concept, this is a rare chance to own a purpose-built brewery with global distribution, a loyal following, and room to grow. Step in and start pouring."
