How do you know the teacher?

She had been a teacher in our district for awhile…many years. She has taught at all levels and awarded Teacher of the Year at each one. She will be my son’s teacher this year. She runs the Leadership Club he is involved in at Vista Murrieta.

What does this person teach?

Currently high school at Vista. She has taught all levels of education in our district….elementary, junior high, and high school and has been awarded teacher of the year at every level.

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Amazing teacher who genuinely cares about students, meets them at their learning level, supports them to reach higher levels. She not only cares about their academic learning but their social-emotional learning as well. Her enthusiasm for her students is evident and infectious. She champions them Outside of the classroom by attending their extra curricular activities as well abd can be seen at those events too

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

The drive, determination, and compassion she has for all students.
