Fatal Interstate 215 Crash: CHP Releases Details
The crash cause remains under investigation.

RIVERSIDE, CA — The California Highway Patrol released preliminary details Monday about a fatal crash over the weekend on northbound Interstate 215, just north of state Route 60, in Riverside.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau, Tracy Williams, 35, of Riverside was pronounced dead at Riverside Community Hospital just 46 minutes after Sunday's 11 a.m. crash.
The CHP reported that Williams was driving a silver Infiniti Q50 on the freeway when he veered abruptly to the right and lost control of the sedan.

The vehicle smashed into a telephone pole and a wall before overturning, according to the CHP.
No other vehicles were involved, and no other injuries were reported.
