First-Ever 'Tee Up 4 St. Jude' Golf Tournament Coming To Murrieta

MURRIETA, CA — A charity golf tournament benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is scheduled to be played in Murrieta, and tickets are available.

The first-ever Tee Up 4 St. Jude tourney takes place Monday, June 9, at Bear Creek Golf Club. The event brings together local leaders, business owners, and community members to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: finding cures and saving children.

According to a news release about the event, multiple sponsorship opportunities are available for the tournament, as well as opportunities to play and/or donate.

As of Tuesday, Safeguard Investment Advisory Group is listed as a presenting sponsor for the event, and Beaumont-based CustomStix is named an in-kind sponsor. Find out more about sponsorship opportunities here.

"Every contribution supports St. Jude's world-renowned research and treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases," the news release states.

Registration for the tournament starts at 8 a.m. and includes a light breakfast and a drink. A 9:30 a.m. shotgun start will include a brief welcome speech and rules overview. A player awards ceremony will wrap up the day. The finale will also feature a moment with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, live auction, raffle, and another opportunity to support St. Jude through a 100% tax-deductible donation.
