Officer Drootin contacted Brian McDevitt Sunday morning loitering at a closed business. #probablyshouldhavebeenheadingtochurch Officer Drootin discovered that not only was Brian on probation, he had a couple outstanding warrants too. #oops During a search based on the terms of his probation, Officer Drootin found some meth hidden in Brian’s sock.#howdthatgetthere #notmysocks Of course the meth didn’t belong to Brian, he was simply holding it for a friend. #Imjustholdingit Brian spent the rest of the weekend in #CBDC.

Sunday afternoon Officer Leitch responded to a report of narcotics activity occurring in a vehicle parked in a neighborhood. When Officer Leitch arrived, he quickly recognized the subject that had been described by the caller. #heyIknowyou After his reunion with Jeffrey Farnell, Officer Leitch conducted a probation search on Jeffery’s vehicle. Sure enough, Officer Leitch found some narcotics paraphernalia and heroin. Jeffrey and his companion Kassondra Marr were booked into #thebyrdhouse.
Here’s a helpful tip: if you’re going to borrow a car from a “friend” you need to be sure that you know that “friend’s” name and you take out all of your “friend’s” narcotics paraphernalia before using it. Especially if you’re on probation. #FYI Officer Baker contacted Cody Battaglia during a traffic stop on Sunday. Cody told Officer Baker that he had just borrowed the car from his “friend” earlier in the day. Unfortunately for Cody, Officer Baker located narcotics paraphernalia in the car during a probation check. Even more unfortunate for Cody, the records check on the car showed that it had been reported stolen in July. Both charges are violations of his probation. #doh #backtothebyrdhouse
Officers Huss and Hom were patrolling early Tuesday morning when they conducted a traffic stop on a UHaul. See, there’re not a lot of people moving at 2:30 in the morning. #clue During their investigation, the officers discovered stolen checks and counterfeit money. #saywhat Christopher Dudevoir and Britney Jackson were reminded that #nothinggoodhappensaftermidnight and were booked into #CBDC.
