Portals brings visitors: two indoor 9-hole blacklight mini golf courses, an immersive laser tag area, a designated arcade space, a food service component, party/event rooms and a 21+ lounge space. Portals aims to give each visitor a unique experience, taking them to unknown worlds and experiencing an entertainment facility like no other.

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Alfred Williams: 8 months
Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Alfred Williams: We saw the need for something year-round and fun for all ages. Growing up in Temecula gave insight to what the community would be excited for and what the community would need. Entertainment is always something people are looking for, so what better way to bring that to the valley than an indoor entertainment center with fun for all.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Alfred Williams: Not only do we offer unique and exciting attractions, but Portals also has a variety of special events and community collaborations throughout the year.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Alfred Williams: The most satisfying part of my job is being able to see visitors come into Portals and regardless of their age, having fun. Being able to know that we are bringing unique fun to the Temecula Valley is also satisfying, knowing that we are bringing happiness to each individual who visits.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Alfred Williams: We are a unique entertainment experience that brings imagination and fun like nothing else in the area. With our attractions, such as laser tag and mini golf, being blacklight, we provide an experience that is not only fun but visually appealing to our visitors.
