Man Arrested For Gun Posession After Dispute In Murrieta
Police said a couple were seen arguing in a Sam's Club parking lot when the woman jumped on the hood of her boyfriend's car.
MURRIETA, CA — A man was arrested last week for possessing a firearm after police received reports of an escalating dispute in the parking lot of a Sam's Club in Murrieta, authorities said.
Officers said a couple was involved in a heated argument when the man reportedly entered a vehicle and began to drive away. The woman then jumped on the hood of a car, attempting to stop him, the Murrieta Police Department wrote on Instagram.
Police lost sight of the vehicle but told dispatch the direction it went. Minutes later, when officers found them again, the couple told police they were resolving the issue.
