Man Fatally Shot In Southwest RivCo; Suspect At Large
The deadly attack happened on Wednesday morning in Homeland.
HOMELAND, CA — A man was fatally shot at an intersection in Riverside County on Wednesday morning, and no suspects have been found, authorities said Thursday.
At 9:29 a.m., Riverside County Sheriff's deputies received reports about a possible dead person near the intersection of Creage Avenue and Seaview Drive in the unincorporated town of Homeland.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man lying on the ground suffering from a possible gunshot wound and "obvious signs of death," the department said.

The Central Homicide Unit responded and picked up the investigation. The victim's identity has not been released and the investigation is ongoing.
