Menifee Police Recover Fentanyl, Meth, Firearms And Cash From Home

One person was arrested on felony warrants relating to selling narcotics and on suspicion of firearms violations.

MENIFEE, CA — A person was arrested on suspicion of violating a felony warrant related to narcotic sales and after police uncovered drugs, guns and cash at a home in Menifee, authorities said Wednesday.

The City of Menifee-Police Department said it deployed its Special Enforcement Team to help the Gang Impact Team to fulfill a search warrant at the home.

During the search, officers turned up 78 grams of fentanyl, 4 grams of methamphetamines, firearms and cash. A suspect was arrested on suspicion of charges relating to drug sales, firearms violations as well as two felony warrants tied to narcotics sales, the police department said.

Investigators also found thousands of rounds of ammunition on site.

No other information was immediately available and the suspect's name was not released.
