The crash happened at about 11:51 a.m. at First Star Court and Menifee Road, where Menifee police officers arrived to find a Subaru driver — a 36-year-old Menifee man — and the young rider, who had been thrown from the bike on impact. The Subaru driver was not injured, the Menifee Police Department said.
