Movie Meal-Deal Prompts Murrieta To Buy Tickets This Holiday Season

MURRIETA, CA — If you love the movies, there's no time to get the best bang for your buck than at Murrieta's Reading Cinemas Cal Oaks. The chain of theaters is offering the best deals available to weekday moviegoers.

"Whether it's date night or a family outing, these foodie favorites are big on taste and light on the wallet, arriving just in time to usher in the highly entertaining holiday moviegoing season," a recent news release said.

The first flick is the new holiday favorite Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans in the merriest action flick, "Red One," as well as "Wicked," "Gladiator II," and "Moana 2," which all hit the big screen in November.

There will be a different deal each day, Monday through Thursday, available weekly through December 31, 2024.

1. Monday’s Mega Movie Combo: Riverside County’s biggest combo includes an all-star ensemble with one large-size popcorn, two large fountain drinks, one Kernel Season’s popcorn seasoning, one order of nachos, two of the all-natural beef hot dogs, and two candies. Guests save up to $25 versus purchasing a la carte.
2. Tuesday’s Twice as Sweet: Buy one candy or dessert and get the second one free.
3. Wednesday’s Matinee Meal Deal: Enjoy 25% off select food for all shows before 5 p.m. Save on appetizers and nachos, as well as hearty feature presentations like pizzas, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, and classic and gourmet hot dogs. (Excludes popcorn and sweet treats.)
4. Thursday’s Dinner After Dark: Get 25% off select food items for all shows 7 p.m. or later.
5. Additionally, every Monday to Thursday, enjoy an all-day Happy Hour with 25% off any beer, wine, or cocktail by purchasing select food items. (Excludes popcorn and sweet treats.)
