Murrieta Night Planned This Week At Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium

Murrieta residents are heading to the Lake Elsinore Storm Baseball Stadium on Wednesday to watch the mayor throw out the first pitch.

MURRIETA, CA — Tickets are still available to the first-ever Murrieta Night at the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium planned for Thursday July 31.

Gates open at 5 p.m., for the game at 6:05 p.m. with an evening full of baseball, family-friendly fun, and hometown pride planned, according to a recent news release from the city. Tickets are just $15 each, through a special partnership with the city.

"It's the perfect opportunity to spend time with family, friends, and coworkers while showing off that Murrieta Spirit," they said. Murrieta's Mayor, Cindy Warren, will be on hand to throw out the first pitch, and local businesses will host informational booths throughout the park breezeway.

“Murrieta Night at the Storm is all about celebrating the incredible people who make our city what it is,” said Mayor Cindy Warren. “From staff and volunteers to residents and local nonprofits, it’s a night to recognize the heart of Murrieta—and enjoy a little baseball while we’re at it!”

This special community night is a unique opportunity to come together and celebrate all that Murrieta has to offer.

Adding a personal and patriotic touch, Murrieta Fire and Rescue Captain Christopher Brann will perform the National Anthem to kick off the evening.
