FRENCH VALLEY, CA — A new French Valley planned community celebrated its grand opening last week.

The KB Home development named Bordeaux opened Nov. 14. It is situated at the corner of Pat and Slough roads. When fully built out, the community will feature 48 new single-family residences starting in the $620,000s. The one- and two-story floor plans, ranging in size from 1,882 to 2,874 square feet, offer up to five bedrooms and three baths, with customizable designs.

"We are pleased to offer Southern California homebuyers a new community in desirable French Valley," said Erick Montano, president of KB Home’s Inland Empire division. "Bordeaux features a wide range of planned amenities, including a park, children's play equipment and open space, all designed for enjoyment without HOA dues."

The homes are also engineered to be highly energy- and water-efficient, and are Energy Star certified — a standard that KB says fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide meet.

The new neighborhood is adjacent to Harvest Hill STEAM Academy, which serves students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Bordeaux is also within walking distance of Abelia Sports Park, which offers sports courts and fields, picnic area and fitness trails.

The new community provides access to Winchester Road (Highway 79), Highway 74, Interstate 15, and Interstate 215. Large nearby employers include Loma Linda University Medical Center, Mount San Jacinto College and Kaiser Permanente.

The Bordeaux sales office and model homes are open for walk-in visits and private in-person tours by appointment. Potential homebuyers can also arrange a live video tour with a salesperson. For more information, call 888-KB-HOMES or visit kbhome.com.
