Mead Valley Fire Map: See Juniper Fire Perimeter, Evacuations Lifted

The Juniper Fire was 60% contained as of Tuesday afternoon.

MEAD VALLEY, CA — A brush fire that broke out Monday in Mead Valley was nearly 60 percent contained as of Tuesday afternoon.

The fire burned in unincorporated Perris, igniting near Ann Way and Idaleona Road and later spreading toward Good Hope, through light, flammable fuels, spreading at a moderate to dangerous rate.

As of 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, all evacuation warnings for this fire have been removed.
