Missing Teen Girl Found, Menifee Police Report
The child was found safe, according to police.
MENIFEE, CA — A teen girl who went missing in Menifee Thursday was found safe, police reported just before 7:30 p.m.
Jessica Romero, 16, was last seen at about 8:15 a.m. Thursday walking in the area of Menifee Countryside Marketplace, near Interstate 215 and Newport Road, the Menifee Police Department said Thursday night.
But shortly after police sent an advisory asking for the public's help in locating the teen, the law enforcement agency followed with an update that the girl was found safe.
