RivCo Fire Severely Injures One Person
The structure fire was reported on Thursday evening in San Jacinto.
SAN JACINTO, CA — Firefighters were called to the scene of a structure fire burning in San Jacinto on Thursday night, where they rescued one person with serious injures, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 7:40 p.m. in the 600 block of East Main Street, Cal Fire/the Riverside County Fire Department wrote on social media.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the room where it started before entirely quelling the blaze, the department said. The injured person was taken to a local hospital by ground ambulance.
