Live! @ The Plateau Concert Series Is Back For Summer Of 2022
Live! @ the Plateau Summer Art and Concert Series resumes June 25 -August 6 at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve in rural Murrieta.

MURRIETA, CA — Returning after a two-year hiatus due to the 2019 Tenaja Fire and COVID. the very popular Live! @ the Plateau Summer Art and Concert Series resumes June 25 – August 6 at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve in rural Murrieta.
The back deck area behind the Visitor Center, and the new “Plateau Pavilion” stage, which was rebuilt after the Tenaja Fire, will be transformed into an outdoor concert and art exhibition venue.
Seven summer Saturday nights will bring “Art and Harmony” back to the Plateau.

Art Exhibition Detail: Celebrating its 21st year anniversary, the Reserve has hosted a summer art show that has grown in popularity and stature. Focusing on local art, the seven-week exhibition will feature the works of some 30 local artists conveying the celebration of nature in a wide range of media from pen and ink, oils, watercolor, sculptures, textures and glass.
"This year, a special art exhibition opening night reception will be held Saturday, June 25, 5-8 p.m. and features special entertainment by the New Fangled Four Quartet to perform the different genres of music from the six-week concert series which begins on July 2. In addition, attendees will have the first review of the art; meet the artists and enjoy specialty hors-d'oeuvres and no-host wine and craft beer provided by Plateau Vineyards and Garage Brewing Company.

Seven-Week Schedule
Saturday, June 25 – ART EXHIBITION and SUMMER SERIES KICK-OFF – OPENING NIGHT
RECEPTION – 5-8 p.m. First view of art; meet the artists, special entertainment by the New Fangled Four Quartet,
hors’dourves and no-host wine and craft beers. The award-winning New Fangled Four Quartet’s amazing harmonies will span musical genres from Disney to introducing you to the six music from each of the six concert tribute bands.
Saturday, July 2 – CONCERT OPENING NIGHT – The Springsteen Experience-Tribute to the Boss – Stay safe on the 4 th of July weekend by enjoying the music of Bruce Springsteen with one of the most popular Springsteen tribute bands. Josh Schreiber, aka The Springsteen Experience, has an uncanny resemblance to the look and amazing sound of The Boss. Back by popular demand from previous Live! @ the Plateau performances.
Saturday, July 9 – UPTOWN -Tribute to Motown/Soul & R&B – With the class of young Temptations,
vocals like Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder, and the contemporary feel of Bruno Mars…everyone is going UPTOWN!
Saturday, July 16 – Tribute to Huey Lewis & the News by The Heart of Rock & Roll – A colorful and
exciting concert experience that teleports you back in time when Huey dominated the charts and the world of the music videos.
Saturday, July 23 – Queen Nation! – The number one Queen tribute band in the United States!
Saturday, July 30 – Tennessee River Band – Tribute to Alabama – Travelling from Tennessee, this sought-after tribute band was formed to bring back and pay tribute to one of the most influential and vocally dynamic country bands of our time.
Saturday, August 6 _ Frankie Valli & Four Seasons Jersey Boys Tribute – All your favorite songs from Frankie Valli including the classics that have thrilled audiences for years including from the Broadway musical “The Jersey Boys.”
Concerts will be held on the outdoor new Pavilion behind the Visitor Center. The art exhibition will be inside the Visitor Center. Concert tickets must be purchased in advance. Wine, craft beers, sodas, coffee and water will be available for purchase on site. Attendees will enjoy a wide array of craft beers provided by our own Temecula and Murrieta-based Garage Brewing Company and award-winning wines provided by Plateau Vineyards. Attendees can bring their own picnic meals.
No cooking on-site. No outside alcohol.
A unique feature of the concerts will include all performances interpreted in American Sign Language for the deaf.
“We are very excited about the inclusion of music into the construct of our annual summer art show” says Rob
Hicks, Naturalist and Interpreter with the Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District. “We hope
this unique event will inspire attendees to support and understand the important work the Santa Rosa Plateau
Nature Education Foundation is doing to reconnect children to nature.”
