MURRIETA, CA — Santa Claus is coming to Murrieta over six separate nights, starting Tuesday, Dec. 3, through Thursday, Dec. 12, a city spokesperson said.

Santa will stop across town nightly in three routes - check to see if he'll come to your neighborhood! or come to visit him at one of his many stops near you:

  • Tuesday, Dec. 3
  • Wednesday, Dec. 4
  • Thursday, Dec. 5
  • Monday, Dec. 9
  • Tuesday, Dec. 10
  • Wednesday, Dec. 11
  • Thursday, Dec. 12

"Please bring an unwrapped toy or non-perishable food item to help Santa in his collection of holiday magic," the city advised. At each stop, Santa will meet with the kids, pose for a photo, and hear what they want for Christmas. Carolers will sing holiday songs, and kids will get a candy cane, she said, and each trolley stop will have a donation box.

"For 25 years, the city of Murrieta has toured Santa through the city to collect unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items to help Santa on his mission to deliver toys and meals to those in need over the holiday season," Jeri Copeland, Recreation Supervisor and manager of the annual toy and food drive. "This year, he's back again to stop across town spreading the wonder of Christmas to all."

Santa will travel by trolley through the city over three separate routes, and residents can track Santa's trolley stops over the city app or online.
