What's The RivCo Thanksgiving Weather Forecast? In A Word: Windy
Low humidity also heightens risk of wildfires throughout the Inland Empire.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Gusty Santa Ana winds and low humidity will raise the risk of wildfires throughout the Inland Empire on Thursday and Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Winds out of the northeast on Thursday will be between 20-30 mph throughout Riverside County, with gusts possibly reaching 45 mph in the San Gorgonio Pass near Banning, forecasters said.
Humidity levels will plummet on Thursday afternoon, then remain around 15% on Friday and Saturday.

The weather agency issued a fire weather watch that will be in effect from 2 p.m. Thursday through 10 p.m. Friday in the Riverside metropolitan area, the Riverside County mountains and the San Gorgonio Pass near Banning.
The Coachella Valley was not included in the advisory.

Wind gusts could increase to 50 mph on Thursday night in the mountains, but will remain around the same speed in the rest of the region through Friday night, forecasters said. The winds are expected to weaken by Saturday morning.
High temperatures Wednesday are forecast to reach 73 in the Coachella Valley, 74 in the San Gorgonio Pass near Banning, 69 in Riverside, 67 in Temecula and 54 in Idyllwild.
Highs will remain in the mid-to-high 60s in most areas on Thursday and Friday, forecasters said.
