Update: Car Crash Murder Suspects Plea Delayed to July
The January collision resulted in the death of two men.

Two East Bay men facing murder charges in connection to the killing of a Pleasanton man appeared in a Fremont courtroom scheduled to enter a plea Thursday morning, only to have it be delayed again.
Deshon Collier and Jabrie Watts, both 21, are charged with murder, burglary and receiving of stolen property. The pair was arrested after a home burglary in Newark led to a fatal car crash that killed two men.
Thursday's postponement made it the fourth time the pair's plea hearing was rescheduled. They are to appear in court again on July 19 at 9 a.m. at the Fremont Hall of Justice.

Police said the two are believed to be responsible for a home burglary on Mistflower Avenue in mid-January with a third suspect, then took off and crashed their car.
Pleasanton resident , 69, was killed immediately after the suspects’ Chevy Malibu smashed into the two-door Honda Cheney was driving, police said.

Watkins suffered major head injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley two days after the collision.
Authorities have not released information regarding who was driving the Chevy Malibu at the time of the crash, which occurred at the intersection of Cherry Street and Mowry Avenue.
Both men are being held at Santa Rita Jail on no bail.
