Comcast Looking to Fill Positions In Bay Area

Comcast is hosting a job fair Thursday for individuals interested in holding a residential direct sales representative position in areas stretching from Fremont to Richmond.

Applicants will be asked to register, sit through a job overview presentation and participate in interviews during the job fair, which begins at noon Thursday at 1212 Broadway, Suite 100, Oakland.

Residential direct sales representatives are charged with selling Comcast products and services. Most sales will be done by canvassing neighborhoods. Candidates must possess a high school diploma.

Registration will be held from noon to 1 p.m., with a presentation following until about 1:30 p.m. Interviews will be held between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.
