Eat at La Cabana and Help Send 9-Year-Old to BMX World Championships
Benny "The Jet" Sereni, 9, has been selected to compete in the BMX World Championship in New Zealand on July 24.
In two weeks, local 9-year-old Benny "The Jet" Sereni will travel across the globe to represent Team USA at the BMX World Championship.
The international competition will be held from July 24-28 in Auckland, New Zealand.
But the trip won't be so cheap. Benny's family and his Hooligans Racing crew have held local fundraising efforts to help offset the costs.
This week, Benny's team has partnered with La Cabana Mexican Restaurant, located at 7163 Rich Ave. in Newark. Eat a meal at the restaurant any time of day and present them with this downloadable coupon, and a portion of the proceeds will go toward Benny's trip.
