The City of Fremont is hosting its 12th annual Kids 'n Kites Festival in which attendees can fly kits, jump in play houses and play games. There will also be live entertainment.
The festival is free but those who would like to go to the nearby waterpark between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. must bay a $5 admission fee.
