Fire Crews Fight Blaze on Mayhews Landing
Fire officials responded to a first alarm fire response Tuesday morning.
Firefighters responded to a fire at a home on the 7900 block of Mayhews Landing Road Tuesday morning, according to Aisha Knowles, public information officer with the Alameda County Fire Department.
Witnesses said Mayhews Landing Road starting at Bettencourt Street was blocked off as early as 9 a.m. and a crew was still on scene at 10:50 a.m.
No further details were available as of 10:55 a.m.
