
A garage of a home on Iris Court sustained minor damages in a one-alarm fire Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
Firefighters responded to the 38000 block of Iris Court off of Robertson Avenue shortly after 1 p.m. to extinguish a garage fire, according to Aisha Knowles, public spokesperson for the Alameda County Fire Department.
The fire was contained within 15 minutes and was confined to the garage, officials said.

No injuries were reported.
According to a report from The Argus, the fire "started from oily rags that spontaneously combusted after being left in the garage."
