Food Trucks Return To Mall for Black Friday

You all may be thinking about turkey, but save some room in your tums: Gourmet food trucks will be rolling back into town. 

At least four food trucks with the Food Truck Mafia will be at between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. to feed shoppers looking for some grub before they try and find the best deals for Black Friday.

Here is the list of who is scheduled to be there:

Grill Stars

• This Fremont-based food truck keeps makes sure each visit is a new experience by switching up their menu every week. They’re best known for their BBQ, which sometimes includes tri-tip platters, sliders of all kinds and BBQ pork nachos.

Tacos De Los Altos

• Tacos de los Altos offers traditional Mexican taco truck items, including tacos and burritos.

Rice Rockit

• From the Hawaiian-inspired Teri-Beef Meatball Loco Moco and the Filipino-like beer boiled Longanisa (sausage) sliders to Lynchee-Walnut Shrimp skewers and various types of fries, this truck is sure to satisfy your tastebuds.

That’s Sweet! Dessert Truck

• Cupcakes — yummy, specialty cupcakes — the stars of this gourmet truck. Flavors range from Salted Caramel to Red Velvet. They also bake up whoopie pies.
