• Where/When: Kennedy Park, 1333 Decoto Rd., Union City; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Why Go: Check out cool cars during this fourth annual charity car show or enter your auto in the show. All proceeds go to New Haven Schools Foundation's "" scholarship program.  
• Pricing: Free admission for attendees. $20 for pre-registered cars and $25 to register the day of the show.

• Where/When: Ardenwood Historic Farm, 34600 Ardenwood Blvd., Fremont; Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Why Go: Bring the family for some traditional berry picking. You can bring home freshly picked, ripe blackberries. Bring your own basket.
•  Pricing: Up to $8 for admission to the park

• Where/When: James Logan High School, 2801 Hop Ranch Rd., Union City; 10 a.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.
• Why Go: Help fight cancer by participating or cheering on teams taking part in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life fundraiser. You can also learn more about the non-profit organization.
• Pricing: Free to attend. $100 for a team to enter.

DISNEY STORE ROYAL EVENT

• Where/When: Disney Store at the , 2086 NewPark Mall, Newark; Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Why Go: Let your kids feel like royalty. The Disney Store invites children to participate in dressing up like princes and princesses and writing their own fairy tales. Event will only go on as supplies last. No line-ups until 30 minutes before the event and children must be at least 3 years old. Call store at 510- 494-0631 for more details.

• Where/When: Lake Elizabeth, 40000 Paseo Padre Pkwy., Fremont; Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Why Go: Take a two-mile walk along the lake and learn more about the birds that roam the area.  
• Pricing: Free to attend. Parking is $5.
