In Photos: Newark Celebrates Savory Steaks at Sinodinos' Grand Opening

Hundreds of Newark residents filled Newark's only steakhouse Monday night to celebrate the official grand opening of .

Scallops wrapped in bacon, stuffed mushrooms and steak were sampled by everyone who attended. Complimentary champagne was also served.

Newark Mayor David Smith and other city dignitaries, including Newark Chamber of Commerce CEO/President Linda Ashley, joined with owners Bill and Toula Sinodino and Max Goodwin to cut a large red ribbon to signal the grand opening of the business.

Previously known as Beck's Steakhouse, Bill Sinodino and Goodwin took ownership of the restaurant in 2010. The restaurant's staff hopes to continue providing quality service along with quality food. Read more about Sinodinos by .
