Monarch Butterflies Flock To Ardenwood Farm

A supervising naturalist tells ABC 7 that the monarch butterfly population on the farm is 10 times more than last year.

A record number of Monarch butterflies have been spotted in the area, according to a report from ABC 7.

And at the Ardenwood Historic Farm in Fremont a total 4,188 butterflies have been seen, according to Ira Bletz, a supervising naturalist.

Bletz told ABC 7 in the video above that the total population of Monarch butterflies this year is "10 times the amount from the year before."
