Newark American Little League Calls For Baseball Players
Registration for the 2012 season opens for the Newark American Little League.

Baseball isn't over. Youth athletes are starting to think about next season, and they're in luck.
The National American Little League has opened its registration of the upcoming baseball season, and the league is open to children between ages 4 and 18.

- Wednesdays, Nov. 2, 16 and 30, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
- Saturdays, Nov. 5 and 12, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, Dec. 7, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 3 and 10, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
All registration days will be at the NALL Board Room, which is located at the Ernie Silva Sports Complex at , 6201 Lafayette Ave. (by the junior high's baseball fields.)
Additional sign up and tryout dates will be held on Sat. Jan 7, 14 and 21 but the times and locations are too be determind.

Registration fees for athletes who sign up before January are:
- $50 for the Challenger Division
- $80 for T-Ball
- $110 per child for Farm divisions and higher
- $180 per family for two children
- $50 per child for families with three or more children
Fees for athletes who register after December are:
- $50 for Challenger Divison
- $100 for T-Ball
- $110 per child for Farm divisions and higher
- $220 per family for two children
- $70 per child for families with three or more children
To register, families must provide each child's original birth certificate, three proofs of residency (which includes drivers licenses, mortgage papers, car reisgration, utility bills, state or federal documents).
