NewPark Street Eats Dinner Menu: June 6

Nine gourmet food trucks will hit NewPark Mall tonight and dinner service will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of near the entrance of . The gourmet trucks that attend are subject to change.

BibiGO

• BibiGO is new to the Food Truck Mafia and specializes in Korean BBQ.
  

BBQKalbi

• BBQ Kalbi is features a Korean fusion menu that includes Kalbi (beef) to Spicy Pollo (chicken) to Kimchi quesadillas.

Grillaz Gone Wild

• Want some warm bread full of delicious meats and cheese? Enter Grillaz. New this year, this Fremont-based food truck specializes in hoagies and gourmet sandwiches, including Philly cheesesteaks.

Mustache Mike's Italian Ice

• This Southern California dessert chain has recently gone mobile, bringing its massive menu with it. Mustache Mike's boasts 120 flavors of non-dairy, fat- and cholesterol-free frozen fruit blends.

• This truck is all about shrimps cooked in an Asian Fusion-Hawaiian style.

Pizza Pimps

• Pizza Pimps specializes in delicious cheesy pies from pizza slices decked in Polynesian sauces topped with Canadian bacon, macadamia nuts and shredded coconut to pizzas like "PIMP A RONI" that are topped with double pepperoni, cheese, garlic, basil, feta cheese and more.
