NewPark Street Eats Dinner Menu: May 9

Gourmet food trucks will visit NewPark Mall tonight to serve dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of near the entrance of . The gourmet trucks that attend are subject to change.

Grillaz Gone Wild

• Want some warm bread full of delicious meats and cheese? Enter Grillaz. New this year, this Fremont-based food truck specializes in hoagies and gourmet sandwiches, including Philly cheesesteaks.

House of Siam on Wheels

• A mobile version of the House of Siam restaurant in San Jose, the truck specializes in Thai cuisine and includes a Roti bouquet, Thai tacos, Pad Thai, Yellow Curry Chicken over rice and more on their menu.

My Shrimp Shack

• This truck is all about shrimps cooked in an Asian Fusion-Hawaiian style .

Rice Rockit

• From the Hawaiian-inspired Teri-Beef Meatball Loco Moco and the Filipino-like beer boiled Longanisa (sausage) sliders to Lynchee-Walnut Shrimp skewers and various types of fries, this truck is sure to satisfy your tastebuds.

Twisted Chill

• This truck offers self-serve soft-serve with eight rotating flavors and more than 20 toppings. Toppings include fresh organic fruit, candies, cereals and more.

Twister Truck

• A "Mexican grill with a twist," this truck serves up some of your favorite Mexican dishes in traditional styles or in tortilla "cones." Items include Sunrise Burritos and Tacos (served with a fried egg), San Diego Burritos (rolled with french fries), chipotle shrimp tacos, quesadillas, tortas and more.

• California cuisine is the featured food style of Veritas and its menu changes and can range from citrus grilled salmon to a bacon avocado chicken wrap to lobster penne pasta.

Yumsilog

• Yumsilog specializes in silogs, a traditional Filipino breakfast served with garlic rice and fried egg. Their menu includes tapsilog (cured beef), tosilog (cured pork), longsilog (sweet sausage), Spamsilog (Spam) and bangsilog (Filipino milkfish).

• This food truck out of Fremont specializes in a mix of Indonesian, Malaysian and Singaporean food. The menu can feature Asian favorites like chicken and beef satay, chicken and fish curry and crispy soybean cakes with rice.
