Here's the list of the gourmet food trucks Newark's NewPark Street Eats on Sept. 26. Dinner service will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of . The trucks that attend are subject to change.

Chairman Bao

• Meat on buns is what Chairman Bao is known for. Their Asian-inspired cuisine can range from duck on a steamed bun to beef on a baked bun.

Gourmet Rockstars

• Get the party started on this truck where they serve up rockin’ hamburgers and sandwiches. Try a Mac and Cheesy – a twist to a good ol’ grilled cheese – or a Olympus hamburger, topped with feta cheese. Don’t forget the fries. They have Cajun, garlic and sea salt.

Grill Stars

• Find your favorite American BBQ treats here. Grill Stars might be most known for their BBQ pulled pork nachos, but they also serve up tacos, hot dogs (a Frito Bandito has some crunch!) and more.
