Pet of the Week: Skipper

This is Skipper, Patch's "pet of the week" for Nov. 12.

He's a six-month-old puppy who is full of energy and love. He loves to run, jump and be petted, and he's ready for adoption at the Tri-City Animal Shelter, 1950 Stevenson Blvd. in Fremont.
