Police Searching For Pair of Burglary Suspects

A home on the 37200 block of Oak Street was broken into Monday afternoon.

Police are searching for burglary suspects who broke into a home on Oak Street Monday afternoon.

A resident of the home on the 37200 block of Oak Street woke up around 1:30 p.m. and found the suspects were leaving, police said.

The suspects were described as two Hispanic males in their 20s. Both men are believed to have been wearing blue jeans and sweatshirts and one suspect had cut himself while breaking into the home, police said.

The pair was last seen fleeing in a white 1992 Acura Integra with a California license plate that reads 3CAH308, but police said negative results came up while searching for vehicle registration.

Police are encouraging anyone with information to contact the department at 510-578-5237 but advise residents to not contact the occupants of the vehicle.
