A note from Rick Carrabello: The Big League team is made up of players from six of the eight leagues within the District 14 area (Newark and Fremont) with Newark American as the host league.

The Giants' record after Saturday is 9-1. On Sunday, they play a double header against the first place, undefeated Mission San Jose Astros (10-0). The games are 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Gomes Elementary School, 555 Lemos Lane, Fremont.  

The Big League Giants team members come from Newark American, Newark National, Niles-Centerville, Fremont American, Centerville American & Centerville National leagues.
