Sushi Boat Buffet Could Move Into Former Chevys

Recently we noticed crews checking out the former Chevys Fresh Mex restaurant and wondered who's moving in.

Community Development Director Terrence Grindall said this week that Yama Fuji Sushi Boat Buffet could be.

The sushi restaurant's application for a building permit to remodel the 6,670-square-foot building is being reviewed by staff, Grindall said.

Grindall did not know when the restaurant is expected to open.
